Private Sessions
Private or semi-private sessions can be scheduled at either of the above listed yoga studios or in your home. After a brief discussion, I will plan a sequence of poses to help fulfill your intention, goal or correct a misalignment. Every session will include physical postures as well as breath work and meditation.
